OK folks! Time again for the 4th annual Cornwall 5k/10k Run/Walk at Laurel Crest Park. This year the event is on 18 October and will start at 9:30. You can register on race day. Andrea and I are sponsoring this race and Andrea will be running either the 5k or 10k. I can tell you that Jeff Vizethann runs a solid event. We'll be out there with the Advocare booth and samples, so don't be shy! Come on by and run the race and enjoy some refreshing Rehydrate afterwards.
